For over 20 years, EBS has assisted investors in strategic equity acquisitions for their companies, through both domestic & international M&A and/or investment projects. EBS also assists Sellers in Capital Injection, assisting their businesses in their funding needs for expansion and/or exit strategy.
Responsibilities:
Assist Principal Consultant in client projects relating to strategic asset allocation, investment governance and investment implementation, including manager searches and monitoring.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Production of performance evaluation reports covering client portfolio performance.
